Paul LeFrancois
Paul is President of the Palmetto Cycling Coalition - the statewide advocacy group that he helped start as far back as 1995. This year the Alliance for Biking and Walking – cited Paul as 2010 National Advocate of the Year Award. Over the years, Paul has gone above and beyond the call of duty to transform South Carolina into a better place for biking and walking.
With his guidance PCC has passed major reforms to South Carolina’s bicycle traffic safety laws. Paul’s knowledge, creativity, and leadership are the highest standard of excellence making him a role model for others committed to the cause.
Joining Paul will be PCC’s Executive Director, Rachael Kefalos who knows all there is to know about grass-roots advocacy. Welcome Rachael !
