From Bloomberg Businessweek on-line: Mayor Antonio Villaraigose is on a roll. Who would expect LA to spend $230 million on 1,700 miles of bicycle paths. Copenhagen has a $1.6 billion pot for bike paths, green energy products and retrofitting buildings targeted for 2012, and London is adding capacity for 120,000 bike trips per day.
