Looks like they’re making a left turn from the right side of the road, across at least two thru lanes, with traffic in motion. Such marvelous traffic engineering.
At least the box goes all the way across the thru lanes, unlike the ones in Portland. Still a dumb idea, though.
The right way to use facilities like this is to not use them. The right way to build facilities like this is to not build them.
